Nurture day at Nirvana Nurture offers a reset for up to six people. The day consists of:

  • Wellness tea
  • Nurturing yoga to unwind and centre the mind
  • Guests then either have the option of reflexology or facial reflexology ~ both aimed at promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
